Designed to meet EN 16630:2015-06 standards, each unit is customizable as a standalone or can be paired with our other equipment for a complete fitness experience.

Usage instructions: 

Lie face up on the bench. Bent your legs at the knees, press your feet against the bottom bar. Place your hands under your head. Raise your torso in the following order: head first, then shoulders and the rest of your body. Just a few centimetres above the surface of the bench is enough. Make smooth movements.
